My cousin wanted to get a Toyota Prius type of car because he said those cars will really suit his style and personality since he is a member of an environmental organization that deals with saving the nature and everything under it. He said that this type of car, the Prius, can really save and help the environment because it is Toyota’s hybrid car that runs via electricity. It can definitely give a good impression to all of their members, especially now that he said he was elected to one of the highest positions in his organization and he can persuade his members to change their cars from the normal ones to the hybrid types. I really don’t know much about cars but he was able to walk me through what I needed to know about hybrids, saying that those cars are every environmentalist’s dream car with its ability to use two or more distinct power sources to move the vehicle. Power sources include on-board or out-board rechargeable energy storage system (RESS), gasoline or diesel fuel, hydrogen, compressed air, human powered like pedaling or rowing, wind (which I think is a little farfetched), compressed or liquefied natural gas, solar and coal, wood or other solid combustibles. I was really impressed how this type of model was created and I was thinking, maybe it is about time that I think of the nature and start helping to save it, one random kindness at a time. Maybe this way, I could also tell people to save the earth.

Hybrid cars are cars powered by gasoline-electric vehicle where gasoline is the fuel and motors are run by electricity. Hybrid car is a combination of both energies from gas and electricity. It is a great innovation in fuel management.

With the two technologies is considered as a revolution in the energy world. The efficiency of a hybrid car is the finest in terms of fuel management. It is primarily run by a gasoline engine. A hybrid car is provided by gasoline even without using conventional fuels like diesel and a hybrid car’s acceleration is initiated by an electric motor. The efficiency level is high due to the operations conducted by electric motor thus spread of pollution is minimal. Using hybrid cars is considered to be the most economic cars worldwide, with the most innovative enterprise that causing the low cost of fuel. And one of the most important element is pollution is controlled.

With the engine efficiency of a hybrid car, it is simply great. Excess fuel consumption is not a problem anymore. Fuel loss or gasoline loss in hybrid cars is possibly lessens. Driving a hybrid car can bring satisfaction anywhere, it is not heavy and it has wonderful brakes which are connected with the electric motor.
